Mark Musgrave is the founder of MAT&D Consulting.  Mark has over 20 years in business and consulting with industry experience in financial services, manufacturing, consumer goods, IT, logistics, mining and resource sectors.

Mark has held a variety of corporate senior management roles in operations, supply chain, finance, M&A and process improvement combined with significant consulting experience in transformation projects working for EY, Deloitte, Braxton and MAT&D.   These have included roles for Melbourne IT, SPC, Fonterra, NAB and Brambles.

Mark is an experienced General Manager and transformational leader who specialises in leading and mentoring teams implementing strategic programs and initiatives focused on profitable growth, customer benefit realisation, transformation, technology and operational efficiency.

Mark qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has undertaken a variety of leadership and competency based training, including a MBA. He is a Senior Associate of the Financial Service Institute of Australia, and an alumnus with the University of Western Australia, Curtin University, University of Queensland and the Melbourne Business School.

Mark has worked for a major university as a business mentor. He has undertaken a number of community roles including being a past Treasurer and President of the St Kevins College Fathers’ Association. He is currently a volunteer for a national telephone crisis counselling service.
